    During Raw Material Inspection

    The polymethyl methacrylate, also call resin or PMMA, the quality is very important for solid surface products, we test it's viscosity, gelation time, exothermic peak, solid content and the appreance, all the resin appearance we use is colorless transparent, liquid, no impurities.

    We test the aluminum powder materials every time, makesure the appearance is pure white, no impurities. Sifting with 150 mesh and 325 mesh sieves, make sure the aluminum powder is super fine. And the gelation time and water content are up to standard.
